Organisational Structure

The work and direction of NCFed is overseen by a committee of up to 12 Directors. A maximum of 9 of these are elected and the remainder co-opted. Elections generally take place in October each year, at our AGM.

Officers take a lead on specific areas of NCFed work in which they are particularly experienced or interested in. They may sit on one or more sub-committees and are in regular contact with Directors.

Sub-committees are set up as required to deal with certain issues or focus on particular areas. Those that are currently active are listed below along with details of their purpose and members. Each sub-committee includes a  member of the Director team to act as a link.
